CRGP Robertson Chartered Surveors (Company Extranet)
CRGP Robertson Chartered Surveyers have 14 offices throughout West Central Scotland. The project involved the development of a password controlled extranet to hold company information, company news and staff holidays. This system provided all staff with complete visibility of staff holidays and provided a useful resource for company information and policy documents.
Glasgow Film Office (Locations Database)
The Glasgow Film Office are part of the Glasgow City Council and provide support for film and television production throughout the Glasgow area. This application is used as a resource to find specific locations within Glasgow. Users register online and then can search and access information and images about various locations, users have the functionality to email a set of images they have selected from various locations. The system also uses an interactive map to display the whereabouts of the location.
Mono Consultants (Appeals Database)
Mono Consultants deliver a range of infrastructure support services to the telecoms industry. GRP have developed several business applications for Mono that are used on a daily basis to record and report on business activities that are critical to the day-to-day management of their business.
The Appeals database provides password protected access to information and history regarding the planning application stages for mobile phone masts. Mono employees, from any office, can login to the system from any location and access detailed information regarding each site.

The Netwoks database provides password protected access to site information and history regarding lease information for mobile phone mast sites. (Mono consultants from any office can login to the system from any location and access detailed information regarding each site.)
Proquip Golf (Marketing Portal)
ProQuip operate, via distributors, in a number of countries around the world.
GRP developed a Marketing Portal for Proquip to:
- cut down time spent by our client fielding distributor requests, as could direct to the online facility.
- ensure brand consistency, helping to establish ProQuip as a quality brand in these new countries.
- control distributor advertising activity.
In additon, the Marketing Portal has also been a key selling point for ProQuip when approaching new distributors, aiding buy-in.
Taylor Clarke Partnership (360 Organisational Development System)
Taylor Clarke Partnership are a leadership and organisational development consultancy. The aim of the project was to redevelop an existing system that allowed Taylor Clarke to create online questionnaires for completion by the people on their management courses. The previous system had several usability and functionality issues. GRP developed a new application with many new features including, simple questionnaire creation tool, enhanced security to protect data and an improved questionnaire interface to increase percentage completion of questionnares.
Toyota GB (Digital Advert Approval and Order System)
GRP currently provide digital advertising collateral for Toyota Dealerships. GRP developed an online digital approval system to aid in the approval process for the creation and sign off of digital adverts. The system also included a digital order system allowing Toyota Dealerships to order the required adverts for their digital campaigns.
Spafax (Media Order System)
Spafax are an international company that specialise in in-flight entertainment. GRP built a multiple currency order system. This was built to enable Spafax employees to enter large orders in various currencies, create invoices and reports in different currencies to suit their large range of clients and suppliers.
Scottish Enterprise (Graduate Recruitment Management Application)
The Graduates for Business scheme is a programme within Scottish Enterprise that places graduates with small businesses throughout Scotland. Through the website, graduates have the ability to submit an application form. The administration system allows Scottish Enterprise to match up the graduate applications to projects within the system and send out PDF copies of the applications to prospective employees. Scottish Enterprise are also able to create various graphical reports regarding the graduate applications.
